![]() ![]() ![]() Now I don’t mean like they hit hard but I was fighting this one guy and I drained all his health and all his stamina there was nothing in any of his bars but he still was going. Now I would give this game 5 stars but the opponents are just to strong. Very disappointed, wish I hadn't tried to restart today. But the heart and soul of every wrestling game for decades has been the ability to create your own wrestler, and this lacks that now unless you buy it. ![]() It's fun and has a lot going for it, best wrestling game I've played on mobile. I get that the developer needs to make money, and this is a great game I have long thought of supporting. You must still start in Wrestling School, you still get ads, everything plays the same, but you cannot ever make a character of your own design unless you upgrade to the paid version. But today I made the mistake of starting a new, only to find out that editing wrestlers to make your own is no longer a feature of the free game. I've created and played many wrestlers and the gameplay is solid. You couldn't edit more than one character or start in any other federations unless you upgraded, but the gameplay was solid and aside from a couple bugs from loading into or out of ads, I had no issues. This was a great little time-sink for quite a while, and I enjoyed playing with the limited free version where you start at the beginning from Wrestling School and try to get noticed by one of the big federations where you can make a name for yourself. I regret that there's more to this game than I could ever fit in an app store description, so please consult the online guides for further reading: Turning off shadows and reducing crowd sprites may also help. The ropes are surprisingly demanding and you may squeeze in an extra character if you make them "Static". If you don't want to sacrifice numbers, you can sacrifice polygons instead and opt for "Basic" character models (no fingers). The number of characters is perhaps the biggest factor so consider turning off referees and setting a limit on the match size. P = Pick-Up / Drop (with a direction to throw)ĮYE = Change focus / Turn opponent aroundĪlthough every effort has been made to keep performance as high as possible, some devices may benefit from a visit to the Options menu to fine tune the display: The game features an interactive tutorial that you are advised to play through, but the basic controls are as follows:Ī = Attack (with a direction to aim high, without to aim low) Not to mention the interactive training process that teaches you how to lock up in the first place. You can also blow off steam with no pressure by revisiting the 8 weeks of free shows from the game's promotional tour. Seeing each side of the curtain gives you an even better appreciation for the other, and ensures you'll never grow bored of wrestling again! Both modes are available to play for free, with the option to upgrade to enjoy the "Pro" experience with no ads or limitations.Īnd if playing Pro isn't enough, a separate "Backstage Pass" allows you to play God by saving your changes to all 9 rosters before pitting them against each other in dream matches of your own creation! With 4 pages of rules to mix & match - including up to 20 wrestlers in rings of any shape or size - the only limit is your imagination. The Wrestling Revolution rumbles into the 3rd dimension - now featuring BOTH aspects of the business in ONE shared universe! A wrestling career challenges you to take shots in the ring, whereas a "booking" career allows you to call the shots backstage - promoting entertaining matches every week for ratings. ![]()
